• All orders are eligible for in-store pick up within 5 days of placing your order. We do not charge a pick up fee for in store pick ups.

• On orders that we need to ship out, we charge a non-refundable flat shipping rate of $10. You choose the address that works best for you and we will arrange the rest.

• Once your order has been paid for, we will process it and send it out to you within 2 business days.

Any return shipping is at the customer’s own expense. Please read the RETURN RULES AND PROCEDURES prior to shipping anything back.

NOTE: Please, do not send items “C.O.D” or we will deduct that amount from your refund. “Return to Sender” shipping fees will also be deducted from any refunds, so please double check that the shipping address is correct prior to completing and order. Any shipping charges at the customers expense are not refundable.
